Free Lower Back Exercise Plan

These exercises are designed to get your back moving and reduce pain in the early stages of injury. Start gently with 5 repetitions of each and build up as you are able. In the early stages of any injury all movements can be uncomfortable. Don't worry about the symptoms and concentrate on easy, relaxed movement with good breathing patterns using as much of the movement as it is possible for you. As your recovery progresses the exercises will get easier, movement will increase and the pain will reduce.
