Home-Worker Neck & Shoulder Exercise Plan

Many of us have been thrust into working from home with most not fully prepared with a dedicated office or work station at home.

These open access exercises are designed to help home workers keep moving and keep neck and shoulder pain to a minimum. They take very little time and you only need you and a chair or other surface to sit on.

You don't need to do all of the exercises. If some are too difficult just leave them out or try them another time as your strength builds.
