Neck Pain can cause quite a few problems for us but fortunately there is a lot we can do to make it better. Here is a free exercise plan to get you started on your recovery.

The first 5 exercises are great for helping with the initial stages on neck pain. In this stage you just need to move as far as is comfortable, not necessarily to the end of the range. It is the movement that will be of benefit not the stretch.

The first 5 exercises can also be used to help increase and maintain movement in the neck by taking them to the end of range as shown in the images.
The strengthening exercises are good for all stages of neck pain and particularly for sitting or desk work related pain. You can start with no weights and add increasing weights as you feel able.
