A little bit of strength training goes a long way for runners to prepare the body for the demands of your sport. This Free exercise plan will cover the main areas I see in clinic, together with good training planning to help prevent injury.

These exercises can be done with weight in the gym or at home, or just as body weight exercises with no extra resistance.
