Mr Simon Woolger MCSP BSc Hons Physiotherapy
Simon qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2000. He spent over 4 years in the Dudley Group of Hospitals NHS Trust during which he spent a season with Birmingham City F.C. as physiotherapy support to the youth academy and providing treatment to injured first team and reserve playing staff. Simon left the NHS in 2005 and has since worked in private practice and occupational physiotherapy with large companies such as Cadbury Trebor Bassett, Britvic Soft Drinks, Vauxhall Motors and Alcoa as well as West Mercia Police Constabulary. He is a member of the Chartered Society Of Physiotherapy, Registered with the Health Professions Council and a member of the Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice (Physio First).
Mrs Jenny Woolger MCSP BSc Hons Physiotherapy
Jenny graduated from the University of Birmingham and began her first post working in the Dudley Group of Hospitals NHS Trust in 2002. She is registered with the Health Professions Council, is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and a registered member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Jenny works in a clinical specialist role specialising in the assessment and management of recent onset and longer term spinal pain for the NHS Primary Care Trust in West Dorset. As part of her ongoing specialist training Jenny has recently started a Masters level physiotherapy course at Southampton University in Spinal Pain. Jenny is a trained dancer and has competed at county level in gymnastics and has taught both of these activities. She is currently running Pilates sessions for individuals and small groups in our Dorchester clinic.
